Caroline O’Brien is a Master of Social Work student at Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Education from Brock University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph. Caroline has over a decade of experience supporting the social and emotional needs of children and youth aged 4 - 18 in a variety of settings, including non-profit organizations and elementary and secondary schools. Caroline employs a warm, attentive, authentic, and empathetic approach to create a safe and supportive space for children and youth to explore their feelings and enhance their emotional intelligence.
Private practice has helped shift my work to pro-active wellness & children’s mental health. As I meet with young children, new parents, blending families or teens, I am reminded of my hearts’ work to support connection and growth.
